Employee Satisfaction
Having run the MaTE course for 12 groups of AMEC's Supervisors, Laura states, "The transformation in employees attitudes and behaviours from the Monday morning to the Friday afternoon is phenomenal. I specifically remember on one occasion, it was mentioned to me by a Manager that it seemed like their team of Supervisors had all received 'personality transplants' after attending the one week MaTE course...to the point where some of the Supervisors were then making recommendations to their managers about how they should manage!"
Laura goes on to state, "The MaTE courses really engage delegates and they respond incredably well to challenging situations that they are faced with. Everybody that has gone through the programme say they thoroughly enjoyed it and one delegate even wanted to come on the course again! Delegates have been able to use their new knowledge in their operational roles which has increased their self confidence and ultimately their performance at work, one delegate even commented that the programme had "changed his whole approach" - hearing this confirms my belief and enthusiasm in the MaTE suite of courses and makes me believe all Operational Supervisors/Managers and Team Leaders will benefit from this programme."
