MaTE - Team Leader

A 2 day programme that looks at the skills, techniques and behaviours of successful leadership required for Managing a Technical Environment.

Who is it for?

To attend this programme individuals must manage operatives or workers that operate in technical roles within industry sectors such as Utilities (Water, Gas & Electric), Industrial, Construction, Manufacturing, Facilities Management, Engineering and The NHS.

This programme is for anyone who is in a "Team Leader" role and is based working out on site 100% of the time. This stage of the programme is aimed at those who are operational but also have Team Leader responsibilities in disciplines such as Health & Safety Officer, Authorised Engineers, Estates & Facilities Managers, Operations Manager, Technicians and Installation Services etc.

What's it about?

Over 2 days this programme looks at many aspects of leadership and is designed specifically for those who are operational and have Team Leader responsibilities. By combining group discussions, trainer led exercises, group exercises and individual reflection with the innovative "Real-play" technique, delegates will learn new skills, increase confidence and practice tools and techniques that they will be committed to using upon return to the workplace.
